Before you come

What to bring to your first visit

Having these with you means Dr Kana can spend your appointment on you, not on chasing paperwork.

  • Your ID or passport and medical aid card
  • A referral letter from your doctor, if you have one
  • Any scans, X-rays or reports (on disc or a download link)
  • A list of the medication you take
  • For children: their clinic card and a favourite toy or book

Doctors and clinical information: please don't send patient details or scans by email or WhatsApp. Use the secure referral form instead.
